We are looking for a new member of staff to join our hot-pressing team.

Production worker (m/f/d)

Requirements and YOUR NEW TASKS:

  • Operating production equipment (mainly hot pressing and sintering equipment).

  • Preparation of powder mixtures

  • Quality control

  • Temporary activities in dispatch

  • General auxiliary and production activities

  • Support in plant maintenance/cleaning

We expect you to be motivated to independently work out and implement individual solutions to problems.

We pay attention to:

  • Knowledge of German as well as basic knowledge of English in order to be able to read and understand work and safety instructions.

  • Work experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

HotPressing Engineer

We are currently writing our position

a technician for hot presses.

In this area you are responsible for the processing of work orders, which typically involve the preparation and weighing-in of ceramic or metal powder. You are responsible for filling these mixtures in graphite molds, cold compressing them and sintering them in our hot presses at up to 2,400 ° C to form dense sheets or blocks. After your quality approval and characterization, the semi-finished products you manufacture are processed further by colleagues in-house. The resulting products can be found, for example, in satellite construction, in high-performance electronics, in coating technology or in racing.
