Our Sinter HIP furnace operates in atmospheres like Ar and N2 up to 150bar. Optional cycles can be used under hydrogen for reducing sinter material. We can also sinter using a vacuum atmosphere.
Typical usage is post sintering for cemented carbide (hard metals), sintering of Si3N4 (Silicon Nitride), or synthesis of new materials.
